Privatization
of the Motorways and Bridges
Privatization
process of the Motorways and Bridges by the method of “Transfer of
Operation Rights” has been started. The 15th of December, 2011 was
decided as deadline for the latest application. Whole network of the
existing Motorways and the Bridges will be privatized as a single
package. By following of the transfer of operational rights to the
private operator after the completion of privatization process, the
concession period will be 25 years

belonging to Turkish Electricity Joint Stock Company has been signed
on September 30, 2010 with Aksa Çoruh Elektrik Hizmetleri A.Ş.,
established by Aksa Elektrik Perakende Satış A.Ş. which submitted
the highest bid in the tender.

Final negotiations related to tenders of Boğaziçi Elektrik Dağıtım

Trakya Elektrik Dağıtım A.Ş. have been completed on August 9, 2010.
Higgest bids will be submitted to the Privatization High Council for
approval.
