and HC İstanbul-Raiffeisen Investment-Tekinalp
Lawyers Consortium signed an agreement for the sale
side advisory services with respect to the block
sale of 46.12% share capital of ERDEMİR. On
October7, 2004, Consortium officially started the
sell side preparation activities.
Privatization
strategy of ERDEMIR has been determined as block
sale by Privatization High Council (PHC) and PHC
also decided to sell Development Bank of
Turkey
’s shares together with PA’s shares with the
same terms and conditions.
The formal tender
process for the block sale of 46,12% of ERDEMİR
commenced with the tender announcements on May 24,
2005 |
